We acknowledge your request to move. Thank you for being with Maxis and we hope to serve you again in the future. For further queries, please call 1800 821 123.
Got the text message above this morning…
I’ve been with Maxis for about 10 years already. But I don’t feel appreciated by Maxis. My call rates aren’t any cheaper. I don’t get free t-shirts. No free concert tickets. No free movie passes…
So today, its “Bye-bye Maxis” and “Hello, Yellow Coverage Fellow…”
Yeah, I know some will be shocked that I’ve moved to Digi since I’ve always ‘whacked’ this provide and calling them a company with plans for kids and teenagers… Hmmm… Well, things change and I’ve become a kid…
My number remains the same…
i meanwhile switch from maxis to celcom for a better network quality and coverage, plus cheaper too.. maxis sucks big time nowadays

hey, i too switched from Maxis to Digi earlier this year… i’m not sure about cheaper rates though… according to hubby, it’s more or less the same.
but service by Digi really sucks big time. our calls got channelled to voicebox though we’re not engage and often shows ‘emergency calls only’ (no coverage) at my area…
i heard similar complaints for those who move from Maxis to Celcom too… sigh.. so, i’m really not sure if it’s the whole MNP thing making things worst!

holaBola… celcom… trying to avoid that… its terrorkom company…
joodey, ya i noticed the Digi signal not that strong. maybe Yellow Coverage Fellow dun like dark places like basement gua… but other wise, ok la so far…
i’m not sure if there’s any $$$ savings yet. wait till my first 2 bills come… then will know. but at least i’m earning reward points. can’t say that with Maxis…
