		<description>honestly, i got no idea if a permit is required. the funeral parlour director handled everything for us.

i have not seen my grandpa pray or go to any places of worship. so i think he was a free thinker. but since he was staying with my uncle who is a soka gakkai member, it was decided that we followed the &lt;a href="http://www.sgi.org/" rel="nofollow"&gt;soka gakkai&lt;/a&gt; practice (chanting, etc).</description>

		<description>I wonder do you need any permit to throw the ashes? When my dad passed away, he also wanted his ashes to be thrown into the see. Unfortunately, I couldn't arrange that, not knowing the procedure and the rules. Is your grandpa a Buddhist?</description>
