We collected the keys to our new home in Setia Alam today! 
We can’t move in yet because we are still waiting for the Certificate of Fitness (CF). We are expecting to get the CF in July. Give or take about two months for the developer to rectify the defects (we’re being generous here by giving two months). Then another 2-3 months for some basic stuffs like grilles, kitchen cabinet, etc…
We should be staying there by end of this year!
I wan my room to be painted blue and white ah… plus I wan a ps3, a wii and an xbox in it… with some mega speakers on all 4 walls. Must be airconditioned and must have a king sized bed ah. Plus add a PC and internet connection. Put in some new packs of magic cards also ah. And decorate the room with Warcraft and McFarlane’s Dragons figurines.
Don’t forget ah… very important leh.. kekeke..

Congrats! Can’t wait to see your dream home materialise… Really sorry that I couldn’t make it last weekend. Perhaps next time?
On another note, I really hope not to see the troll’s crap in here. I will not talk or “layan” this creature - just a bloody and broken nose would do, if I ever see him again in person.
